The
analysis of the socio-economic costs and benefits of transportation projects
is explicitly requested by the new EC Regulations governing Structural
Funds (SF). Such an analysis is also required by the Cohesion Fund (CF)
Regulation, regardless of the size of the project cofinanced.
The
economists of Solvers SIA intensively collaborate with teamwork, which was
in charge of the preparation of Guide to cost-benefit analysis of investment
projects of investment projects (Structural Fund-ERDF, Cohesion Fund and
ISPA) in order to provide our client with correct and convincing feasibility
studies.
Application
of simulation modeling in transport economic analysis and feasibility
studies allows us to provide strong base for an assessment of operational,
environmental and travel time costs associated with alternatives.
